Jason Stewart
HUD 203K Consultant
As 12th Gate’s Home Inspector and HUD Consultant, Jason Stewart has over 12 years of experience working with Residential Real Estate Inspections and is well versed in the FHA/HUD 203k Loan Process. Our goal is to create a one-stop shop for managing your project and keep all parties moving in the same direction. 12th Gate’s Consultants are trained and certified in the FHA/HUD 203k Standard and Homebridge Renovation Loan process by helping clients by using real world experience and cutting edge software to manage your project and keep all parties moving in the same direction.
In our role as Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-approved 203(k) Consultant, our services are required for all Standard 203(k) Mortgages and can be applied for Limited 203(k) Mortgages. Our 203k Consultant is listed on the FHA 203(k) Consultant Roster as approved to work with residential rehab/renovations and expansions. The Consultant inspects the Property and prepares the architectural exhibits, the Work Write-Up and Cost Estimate for your project.
Jenny Thuong
Real Estate Market Analyst
12th Gate is also supported by Jenny Thuong, a realtor and market analyst with more than 23 years of Sales and Marketing experience in new construction, Jenny has built her career on understanding the niche market of Bay Area home buyers. After graduating from University of California, Davis, she began her career as a loan officer, which segued into her becoming a real estate agent and later a sales manager.
In 2012, Jenny began working for Pulte Homes as a Sales Consultant/Certified Field Trainer training new hires and specializing in keeping priority buyers engaged. In 2014, she moved to Lennar as a New Home Consultant cross-selling four different communities with different features and standards. Jenny then accepted a position at Taylor Morrison, eventually becoming Area Sales Manager. In 2017, she received the Bay Area award for top sales manager. Recently, she held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at local homebuilder. Homes was responsible for sales and marketing, as well as being involved with warranty, mortgage, retail spaces, and leasing.
